Shimla was the summer capital of British India.    Jakhu Temple   

Shimla is home of   holy shrines and many temples.Jakhu Temple is the most famous temple of Shimla.It is located on the top of the hill by the same name. Jakhu temple is dedicated to Lord Hanuman and It is characterised by a strong presence of monkeys . The statue also overlooks from the Mall Road and We can be seen the statue from many parts of the city.


Tara Devi

Tara Devi Temple is right on the outskirts,and a little farther from the city of Shimla. Tara Devi watches over the whole town and has a protective gaze.Tara Devi temple is located on top of a hill. The location also gives out a feeling of  peace and serenity.
